If you want to stay active during your pregnancy and maintain your fitness then this is the class for you.
We do a mixture of cardio and strength exercises all suitable for pregnant ladies of all fitness levels.
All of the exercises carried out in class will benefit you throughout your pregnancy.

I use a range of equipment and you can take which ever level is suitable for you in the class.
We do a 10/15 min relaxation session at the end which includes some calming stretches.
The class is a 45 minute exercise class with a mixture of fat burning and cardio work, muscle toning resistance and core conditioning elements to help you regain control of your fitness and help strengthen your body after childbirth and pregnancy.
All mums are welcome after they have seen their doctor for their post pregnancy check.
6/8 weeks for natural birth and 10 weeks for C-section.
No child care needed as you bring your baby with you to watch and even join in and socialise with other babies, whilst you work out.

This class is outdoors and the class is run in all weathers so come prepared. We do a mixture of cardio and resistance training suitable for all levels of post- natal recovery.
Buggy fitness is a great way to burn calories and get to meet some new mum’s and babies.
In this class we use a range of equipment from resistance bands to medicine balls and I try to do a different workout every week so no week is the same.
Lots of functional fitness and core work to help with regain your fitness and strength after having your baby.
The class is very relaxed with lots of time for you to chat and attend to your baby if needed.
A more intense workout using a mixture of cardio gym machines and floor work.
If you are looking for a challenge after having your baby and you are a regular gym or class participant then come and give this class a go.
The class is 45 minutes long and each week I set a different workout set ranging from basic circuits to high intensity training, boxing and partner work.
