I’ve been going to Hannah’s buggy fitness class since my little girl was 4 months old and I absolutely love it! Hannah knows how to get the best out of her class and challenges me without it being too much. The class has a really friendly atmosphere too and has been a great way to meet other mums.
I am loving Hannah’s fit bumps classes, you can take them at your own speed and they are always varied and fun. Such a great pregnancy workout, would definitely recommend.

I have done the pre and post-natal classes and both are amazing. Hannah is great at motivating you and I really enjoy every class. You can work at your own level and I really feel that my fitness has improved. What’s even better is that you can take your little one with you…my little boy is now crawling around but the class is so relaxed that I don’t have to worry about him getting in the way!

I went to buggy fitness when I was on maternity leave I now go to bounce back. Hannah is really friendly as well as encouraging you push yourself whilst being aware of post- natal limitations.
